After updating the firmware:

Step 5: Reset and Clear CMOS

• A System-on-Module (SOM) or Embedded Controller – Often based on an Intel Atom, Celeron, or Pentium N4200/N3350 series (Apollo Lake) with an integrated 844G1 graphics or PCH (Platform Controller Hub).
• Common in: Advantech ARK-1123, ARK-2121, ARK-3440, or custom industrial PCs from IEI, Axiomtek, or ASRock Industrial.
