  1. Rip your legal copy of Apocalypto to your computer using MakeMKV.
  2. Acquire the English audio track. (Note: This often comes from a lower-resolution source, like a 480p DVD).
  3. Use Audacity (free audio software) to align the English DVD audio with the Blu-ray video. Because the frame rates may differ slightly, you will need to stretch or shrink the track.
  4. Use MKVToolNix to mux (merge) the new English audio track into the MKV container.
  5. Save your custom "Apocalypto English Audio" file to your Plex server or external hard drive.
