- Open Microsoft Word.
- Go to File > Options > Add-ins.
- At the bottom, next to "Manage," select COM Add-ins from the dropdown menu and click Go.
- You will see "Dragon NaturallySpeaking" in the list. Uncheck it.
- Click OK and close Word.
- Try to launch Dragon now.
