C. Transferring via License Certificate (ALM Web Server or Disk)
- Uninstall the license using the Automation License Manager (Right-click > Uninstall).
- Physically remove the USB dongle (if using one).
- Reboot.
- Insert the dongle/reinstall the license file.
- Open TIA Portal and reassign the license in Runtime Settings.
- Open your TIA Portal project.
- Navigate to your HMI/PC station → Runtime settings → Licensing.
- Look for the line: "WinCC Logging for Runtime Advanced".
- Note the required version number and number of Power Tags (e.g., 128, 512, 1024, 2048).
