- Go to Device Manager → Universal Serial Bus controllers.
- Right-click each USB Root Hub → Properties → Power Management.
- Uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”.

- Click the network icon in the system tray. Available Wi-Fi networks should appear.
