Download firmware matching exact model number (e.g., SM-G973F vs SM-G973U) and region/carrier from Frija/Samfw.
Extract and verify .pit exists inside the CSC file (use 7-Zip to inspect).

In Odin’s Options tab, check “NAND Erase” .
Leave “Re-Partition” UNCHECKED (unless you also loaded a PIT file from Step 2).
Flash the firmware. Warning: This wipes everything—including internal SD card data.
